By using this website or submitting a booking request to Super Logistics, you agree to the following terms.
Bookings: a booking request submitted through this website is a request for service, not a confirmed contract. A booking is confirmed only after our team contacts you and both parties agree on the details, including pricing and timing.
Your responsibilities: you are responsible for providing accurate pickup, delivery and contact details, and for ensuring that items handed over for delivery are lawful and properly packaged.
Pricing: delivery charges are agreed before pickup. Any changes to the route, weight or handling requirements may affect the final price.
Liability: we handle every package with care. Our liability is limited to the value of the affected item as agreed at the time of booking, to the extent permitted by law.
